Microsoft’s New Brainchild – Surface
Imagine being able to actually touch your digital photos and drag them around by hand, or use your finger as a Photoshop paint brush. You can do that and much more with Microsoft’s first surface computing product, imaginatively named Microsoft Surface.

Microsoft recently unveiled Surface, a tabletop computer with an amazing multi-touch interface. There’s no keyboard or mouse–you interact with Surface through its display, which is touch-sensitive and can respond to simultaneous touches from multiple fingers or people. That means you can “grab” objects and move them around, re-size photos by stretching them out with your fingers, and do other things that seem kind of like magic.
it’s Claiming that surface computing is “as significant as the move from DOS to GUI,” the Microsoft announced that surface is a tabletop device with an integrated 30-inch screen and five cameras to enable multi touch access to music, photos, the web, and more. According to Microsoft, Surface isn’t simply a regular PC with a touch interface—it’s a whole new category of computing device that will supplement rather than replace traditional machines.
